Little Mill Sourcing seeks customer focused brands and products that meet consumer needs with quality and trust. We look for entry points throughout the product life cycle. This allows us to be flexible and creative in our support the product. This spectrum can range from product launch through maintenance to liquidation.
We are constantly researching current products on the market to match consumer needs. We, also, seek new manufactures, designers, and developers. Sourcing can be from the manufacturer or it’s distributor. We attend national and regional markets, and international markets including the Yiwu market. In some cases, we work with liquidation services to purchase products at the end of their retail market life cycle.

Little Mill Sourcing performs each step of the purchasing process. From Requisition to Purchase Order issuance to Receiving to Payment.
Logistics
From the manufacture to the seller is the highway of commerce. Little Mill Sourcing manages each mile along the way. Choosing reliable delivery partners reduces lost sales due to inventory fulfillment delays. We anticipate and manage each step through the delivery process. This includes international and domestic shipping.
Branding
Brand is more than a name or a family of products. Brand is a philosophy. It should represent more than what products are offered or how they are made. Consumers buy products but connect with “Why”. The “Why” represents beliefs, style, culture, attitude, and outlook incorporated into each product of the Brand. It is the common driving force.
Little Mill Sourcing takes brand very serious and place a high value on supporting the brands we partner with. We prefer to purchase based on brand before product. Obviously, that is not possible in every scenario of meeting a consumer need.
In some cases, we work with manufactures to create new brands that represent a “Why” of a new or under served consumer group. These new brands can be manufacturer-driven or developed through us and our partnering companies.

While appreciating proven brands and products, we are excited to discover and develop new products or improve a current products to meet consumer needs. New product ideas need market acceptance through joining the manufacturer with the consumer before launch. We believe it starts by appreciating the diversity of the market by asking then listening to the customer. Introducing the consumer early in the process better ensures a tailored success of the product and longevity of brand loyalty.
